I have been thinking about an earlier start. Over the past several years we have started at 0800 during the months of June July and August to try and beat the heat. Why not use this as the regular start time for all months. Starting at 0800 would have most matches done before noon. We could beat the heat and or wind and you would get home earlier. I would also like to have practiscore early signup be the norm rather than the exception. I would not turn anyone away who did not preregister, but having preregistration does make programming the scoring tablets easier and allows matches to get going more efficiently. If you are unsure how to get on practiscore I can help. Thanks Comment here or send me a PM.

I'm all in on PRACTISCORE registration-- everyone should get on board with it.

Only possible issue might be our friends from Colorado? But if they're coming anyway, why not. Practicscore is a beautiful thing!

Eight o'clock start is fine with me, I'm always there early anyway. My problem with Practiscore only sign-up is that sometimes I don't find out until Friday night if I have to work on Saturday. Andy's match this last Saturday is a good example. By time I got home & went to sign up for the match, registration was already closed.

I usually leave registration open until early evening on the Friday before the match, if I left it open to say 8pm on Friday do you think that would that be enough?

I run a Facebook group page, and when Jim Frank lets me know that the match is coming up (about a week out), I usually create an FB event and invite everyone. If you want to join the group, PM and I'll add you.

Eight would be plenty, I usually know by 5 or 6 if I can make it.
Edit to add: Admittedly, last weekend was an oddball. I typically know earlier in the day if I have to work.
