If I'm reading this correctly the gun will fire when you pull the trigger when the safety isn't fully engaged.
Roadking congratulations on quoting the worst movie line of all time in regards to firearms.

I believe he states something like may discharge if the safety is not used correctly, right around 18 seconds into the video. So does that mean if the safety is used correctly it will not unintentionally discharge?

No, at 1:45 I think he says if you operate like a boss, you should be good. Then he goes on to say, if you are unsure, send the gun to them and they will replace it with one of these.
