The 27th "Silver Bullet" NRA Action Pistol Match will be held on Feb 24 and 25 at the Indoor Range in the Rawlins Family Recreation Center. There are four action pistol events:
The Practical: 48 shots
Combat: 60 shots
Los Alamitos: 42 shots
Falling Plates: 48 shots
198 rounds fired with a maximum possible score 1980-138 X (no X's scored for Combat)
Usually they fire the Practical, Combat and Los Alamitos events on Saturday and then shoot the Plate event on Sunday morning. There is a dinner on Saturday evening along with door prizes and they usually have a drawing for a gun prize.
