Got some of Chey-Cast's new bullets with the Hi-Tek Supercoat and tested them out today. Bullet was the .38 Caliber 148 grain double ended wadcutter sized at .358. Gun was Smith & Wesson .38 Special M-14 K frame revolver with 6 inch barrel. Load was 3.1 grains of Bullseye with Winchester Primer, Starline Brass, OAL 1.175. I didn't chrono the load I just wanted to see how the new bullets performed at 50 yards off sandbag rest. I fired on an NRA Action Pistol Target which has a black 4 inch X-Ring. As you can see the three shot group had two shots touching and one got off center. I was very pleased with the performance of these bullets and I highly recommend them. I will be using these bullets when I compete at the Bianchi Cup in May. Attachment Deleted
