As the title says, whats the best powder measure for stick powders. I have a chargemaster already and it works ok, and I have an rcbs powder measure but it drags really bad with stick powder. I have read lots of articles on the inter-webs and most people are suggesting a Lee Perfect Powder Measure.
What are your thoughts?

I own RCBS, Hornady, and Redding powder measures & they all cut extruded powder. About all you can do is use it - a lot. Powder has a light graphite coating to make it flow through the machinery (and powder measures) easier and this will eventually start to transfer to the inside of your power measure, which makes the extrusions slip through the measure rather than be cut.

I use a Redding 3BR, it is pretty repeatable, but does tend to cut extruded powders if you run the measure fast. It seems that front what reading I've done cutting kernels may be annoying, but not a big hindrance to accurate throws. I have heard that the Lee PPM has some kind of wipe system that keeps it from cutting... Don't know if that would be better or worse for accuracy.
